Shipping Policy

At GadgetNest, we’re committed to delivering your gadgets quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your items will be shipped, and what to expect during the process.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. This includes verifying your order, checking product quality, packaging, and preparing for dispatch.

Note: Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.


Estimated Delivery Time

Since we ship from international suppliers to customers in New Zealand, the estimated delivery timeframe is:

  • New Zealand: 7–15 business days

Please note: This is an estimated timeframe. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or peak seasonal demand.


Shipping Fees

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over NZD $34.95. For orders under $34.95, a flat-rate shipping fee of NZD $6.50 applies.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment through our tracking page or the courier’s website.

Please allow 3–7 days for tracking information to update after dispatch.


GadgetNest currently only ships to addresses within New Zealand. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Please ensure your shipping address is located in New Zealand when placing an order. Orders placed with non-NZ addresses will not be shipped.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for packages that are lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you realize your address is incorrect after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@gadgetnest.co.nz. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.


Delayed or Lost Shipments

While most shipments arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur. If your order hasn’t arrived within 15 business days, please contact us so we can investigate.

If your order is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund.
